SN-100A is a versatile, medium/heavy-duty synthetic fluid formulated to meet critical performance requirements while providing easy disposability. A transparent solution when diluted, SN-100A resists bacteria and fungal growth, rancidity and unpleasant odors. SN-100A contains proprietary extreme pressure lubricants and corrosion inhibitors that improve tool/wheel performance during cutting and grinding operations. It also contains additives to protect brass, bronze and copper fitting on the machine from corrosion. Excellent for use on most metals, although with some grades of aluminum staining can occur depending on service conditions. SN-100A does not contain chlorine, active sulfur or phenols.
Vytron-N is intended for use on ferrous metals only. It has superior rust-inhibiting capability and prevents sump rancidity for up to a year or more. It is biodegradable for easy and inexpensive disposal.
SN-350L is a general grinding and light machining synthetic coolant that leaves a dry film of rust protection on machine and parts.
