WS-5050 is Rustlick's long-time best seller and all-around great performer. Suited for all types of machining, this fluid can be used on all metals except titanium. It is compatible with CNC machining, and its effective E.P. additive provides excellent tool life. Special additives protect neoprene seals.
WS-500A is designed with a proprietary E.P. additive and is excellent for machining titanium, Inconel X, aluminum, Rene 41, stainless steel, and other metals. It is compatible with CNC machining and does not contain either chlorine or active sulfur, thereby reducing disposal costs.
WS-11 is an economical soluble oil for light machining of all metals and can also be used as a light film rust preventative.
Ultracut AL is a high-performance water-soluble oil specifically formulated for aluminum to prevent staining during the machining process. It can be used with all metals, including ferrous, non-ferrous, brass, bronze, and copper. It is not intended for use on magnesium. The biostability of Rustlick Ultracut AL makes it highly resistant to bacteria and fungus and with proper maintenance it can significantly prolong sump life. Rustlick Ultracut AL contains non-chlorinated EP additives (Extreme Pressure) as well as boundary lubricants and creates a light oil barrier that protects the working part and the machine from rust. Ultracut AL is also great for environments with hard water problems since it provides strong emulsion stability.
